Donald Trump (Tycoon from the U.S.) expressed his readiness to become a single investor to establish mosques and Islamic cultural center which will has 13 floors and location near the site of the former bombing by terrorists (ground zero) in New York, USA, and it still has controversial.
As a real estate investor Triump family told Hisham Elzanaty that Trump will buy 25% stake in the Manhattan building. They stated that the offer made because of as a citizen of New York or U.S. and not as someone who needs popularity." I offer myself as someone who is serious," Trump said in his official statement.
Actually there are some special requirements on the establishment of this mosque. Mosque should be established at least five blocks from the site of World Trade Center (WTC). Many people who oppose the establishment of the mosque which is located two blocks from the WTC which is being planned.
Until now has not known how much control Elzanaty of this property. A spokesman for the General Manager of Soho Properties and non-profit group Park51, Sharif El-Gamal, does not provide official information.
