Real Estate: Jauch criticized Potsdam city council

In the current debate over controversial real estate sales by the city of Potsdam has now also one of its most prominent residents, the television presenter Günther Jauch turned on. In a letter to Mayor Jann Jakobs (SPD), he casts this information to the "star" before "having no pure wine poured out" him.

So I asked Jauch 2009 at the city, like a Holstein investor could purchase property that could also offer this to him. A clear answer to the question whether the time failed to materialize. City spokesman Stefan Schulz acknowledged receipt of the letter. Still the responsibility of the former mayor and current Potsdam Minister-President Matthias Platzeck (SPD) were eleven years ago 2,000 apartments of public housing company Gewoba for around € 26.3 million have been sold - even at the Elmshorner investor. This is the price and value have located no transparent bidding procedures have been applied. The Audit Office rebuked even then the business. Platzeck justified it with the necessary redevelopment of Potsdamer budget.

According to Jauch noted "star" in his letter that then obviously none other than the Holstein buyer "should come into play" and the process "apparently was of the utmost urgency." In fact, it was a conversation between Jauch 2009, Mayor James and the CEO of Gewoba - Pro Potsdam today - where, Horst Mueller Zinsius, city spokesman said Schulz. It had all been discussed by Jauch asked questions.

The TV host will receive a response within a few days letter, Schulz announced. If he wanted, and Jacob Mueller Zinsius were ready for another interview with him.
